Creative Brief
To create a functional centerpiece primarily using wood for the prototype.
Dimensions
12" x 6" x 15"
A twin vase holder crafted on the lathe, assembled using joint techniques for wood. This creation was inspired by salt & pepper shakers we use on a daily basis.
The woods used are able to add contrast to the twase in addition to drawing attention to the detail of the individual pieces.
Learning Outcome: Working with various machinery including bandsaw, tablesaw, lathe and routers.
